Our founder brings more than 40 years of industry experience to the company. After earning his college degree, Paul began his career in construction, working in the field from 1983 to 1990 before transitioning into facility maintenance. In 1992, Paul and his business partner launched Precision Window Cleaning building deep expertise over the years in exterior building care, access work, and client service. In 2020, they expanded back into broader facility maintenance, and in 2022, they founded Jack Services to bring those capabilities together under one commercial-focused company.
